The recruitment process
All International Search Partners consultants have for many years held managerial positions and worked as consultants. Every day, we recruit new leaders and specialists in the manufacturing sector, in the service industry, in commerce and in the public sector. Our clients feel confident and secure in the knowledge that we use a recruiting process authorized by ESK (Föreningen Sveriges Executive Search Konsulter) and that we strictly follow its ethical guidelines in all aspects of our work.
Working with International Search Partners, you will find us to be a professional partner with a total sense of responsibility throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Development and description of candidate profile. With our client, we identify and analyse the post from a number of angles.
- Development of the search strategy, identifying search areas, timeframes and methodology.
- Identification and choice of suitable candidates. Methodically, we go about looking for the right candidate, mapping out the business sector and its companies, using in-house databases and our own contacts. Having interviewed all candidates, those that best meet the requirements of the specific position are put on a short-list.
- References, an important component in the process, are then sought.
- We present a minimum of three suitable candidates, frequently being present at subsequent interviews with the prospective employer. When necessary, we can also provide advice prior to the signing of contracts.
- Prior to employment, an independent psychologist is engaged to provide a personality assessment.
- At a suitable point during the first six months of employment, we follow up the recruitment with both the employer and the new employee.
